Do you support OEM/ODM and custom branding?
Yes, we can customize designs and place your professional logo on the products to meet your branding requirements.
What are your standard trade and payment terms?
We support trade terms including EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP. For payments, we accept T/T, Credit Cards, Western Union, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a two-year warranty for the hardware, covering transportation costs for replacements during this period. Our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical video support.
