1. What preparation is needed before battery assembly?
DIY battery packs must have cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. We recommend testing voltage and resistance within 15 days of arrival to ensure single-cell integrity.
2. Are the batteries tested prior to shipping?
Yes, we perform a Capacity Test (less than 2% margin of error), Voltage Test (deviation < 0.01V), and Resistance Test (deviation < 0.05mΩ) on every shipment.
3. Do the cells include busbars and bolts?
Each battery cell comes with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs for free.
4. What is your return policy for DIY batteries?
Batteries must be unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear) for returns. We do not accept returns for damage caused by improper assembly, missing BMS, or charger failure.
5. Are these batteries ready to use out of the box?
These are prototype cells without a protection board. A matching BMS (Battery Management System) must be purchased and installed for safe operation.
6. How are RTS (Ready to Ship) orders handled?
RTS products allow for direct payment and are given priority in our shipping schedule. Please verify the quantity required for your specific voltage system before ordering.
