Are the battery cells tested before shipping?
Yes, we test all batteries for voltage, internal resistance, and capacity. Capacity tests have less than 2% margin of error, voltage deviation is less than 0.01V, and resistance deviation is less than 0.05mΩ.
Do the batteries come with necessary hardware?
Yes, the cells come with free busbars and bolts or studs. Typically, each battery includes 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts/studs.
What is your policy on shipping damage?
Please contact us immediately with photos or videos. If the battery is damaged or lost during transit, we will communicate with you regarding a replacement or refund.
What should I do before assembling a DIY battery pack?
You must get the cells balanced (ensuring the same voltage) before assembly. It is critical to use a matching protection board (BMS) to prevent damage during charging or usage.
What are the conditions for returns or refunds?
Batteries must be unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, good appearance). We do not accept returns for damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper BMS connection, or charger failure.
How many cells do I need for my solar energy storage system?
For a 12V system you need 4 cells, for a 24V system you need 8 cells, and for a 48V system you need 16 cells.
