Protection Circuit Board

The LWS-16S100A-791 battery management system is designed for battery packs with 5-16 series (5S-16S) of monomer voltage ranging from 2V to 5V. It offers comprehensive protection and recovery functions, including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, high temperature, low temperature, and short circuit protection. It accurately measures SOC during charging/discharging and provides SOH statistics.

Equipped with various sleep and wake-up methods, this system facilitates data communication via RS485 for easy parameter configuration and real-time monitoring through host computer software.

Installation Steps
1
Connect the B- to the battery negative terminal (weld stub first), then connect cables while they are unplugged from BMS.
2
Start wiring from B- (total negative). Connect B1 to the positive of battery 1, B2 to battery 2, and so on.
3
Test voltage between adjacent lines; Li-ion should be < 4V, LFP < 3.5V. Insert the line after checking.
4
Connect negative terminal of charger and load to P-/C-. Use bold cables for B- and P-/C- connections.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I judge what material my battery is?
A: Check the battery voltage. If the nominal voltage shows 3.2V, it is LiFePO4. If it shows 3.6V or 3.7V, it is a Li-ion or Li-polymer battery.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality of the BMS?
A: We ensure quality through pre-production samples before mass production and a final inspection of all units before shipment.
Q: What specific products are available?
A: Our range includes Battery Pack BMS, LiFePO4/Lithium Ion PCM, Protection Circuit Boards (PCB), and complete battery pack solutions.
Q: Are the parameters of the BMS customizable?
A: Yes, parameters such as overcharge voltage, over-discharge delay, and temperature ranges can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
Q: What should I provide to get a product recommendation?
A: Simply provide the rated voltage, number of cells, continuous current requirements, or the type of equipment you are using.
Q: What accessories can be integrated with the BMS?
A: We support various accessories including electric switches, NTC sensors, Bluetooth modules, LCD displays, and RS485/CAN communication interfaces.
