Yes, we guarantee that all cells are 100% original from tier-1 manufacturers. We perform full inspections on each cell and group them before assembly. All finished battery packs undergo a final inspection before shipment.

Yes, we operate our own factory with over 20 years of expertise in the lithium battery field. We provide professional OEM and ODM services for battery packs under strict ISO 9001:2015 quality control.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 for management. Our products carry CE, ROHS, CB, UN38.3, and MSDS. For custom OEM packs, we can assist customers in obtaining specific required certifications.
What is the lead time for orders?
For in-stock products, the lead time is within 2 working days. For customized battery packs, the lead time is approximately 10-15 days.

We provide a 30-day free refund, 4-month free replacement, and lifetime maintenance service from the date of delivery for quality-related issues.
