Q1. Can your battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q2. Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it can be harmful to the battery's long-term health and lifespan.
Q3. Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?
Partial battery replacement of lead-acid battery banks is not recommended. It is best to replace the entire set to ensure balanced performance.
Q4. What is the shelf life of VRLA battery and how to maintain it?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Q5. How does your factory control the quality?
We adopt the ISO 9001 quality system, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Production Quality Control (PQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure no defective units leave the factory.
Q6. Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic and dependent on discharge current. A lower discharge current (e.g., 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (e.g., 2-hr rate).
